Inspect Your Shipment
Upon delivery, immediately examine all packaging for signs of damage or compromise to the airtight seals of the cans or pouches.
Contact Customer Support
If an item is damaged or incorrect, contact our support team within 30 days of receipt with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Receive Return Authorization
Once your claim is validated, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific instructions for the return shipment.
Processing and Replacement
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement at no additional cost.
